Our experienced team act as the link between LME members, Warehouse Companies and the Exchange via the electronic Warrant creation & stock control system (SWORD) to:

• Issue negotiable Bearer documents (LME Warrants)
• Deliver to members in time for daily clearing commitments
• Warrant release – prompt cancellation and release of warrants
• Removal of warrants – prompt reporting of physical delivery of warrants
• Annual Rent Write Up – when payment is received all warrants need to be endorsed in SWORD as rent paid in a timely manner in order for the warrants to continue to be good delivery.
• Stock Reconciliation – daily reconciliation of Warehouse Companies stocks to ensure complete accuracy of price sensitive LME published stocks
• Bespoke reports and analysis

EURONEXT.LIFFE

We act as London Agent for a number of Euronext.liffe listed Warehouse Companies where we are responsible for

• Warrant rent endorsement
• Weight adjustment
• Warrant cancellation and release

Our location in the heart of the city of London allows us to process the warrants either at our office or on site at the offices of the major banks/brokers.

As previous employees of the LME Compliance and Physical Operations Department our knowledge and experience allows us to perform on site compliance audits of Warehouse Companies in order to prepare our clients for the annual official LME inspections.

We closely monitor LME plans for future locations and have a wide range of contacts with Port Authorities around the globe in order to keep our clients informed of potential business opportunities.

With our close links to the Exchange and knowledge of the listing requirements we are able to guide new Companies through the application process and existing Companies through the shed listing process. From initial application through to the LME approval.
